Special congrats to Cass Technical High School on their historic city title win. We're grateful for the support that helps wrestling thrive in Detroit. I am filled with pride for our team, wrestlers, coaches, parents, and supporters, who have achieved remarkable growth in a short span. Our historic win, marking the first team tournament title in school history and securing the City Champions title, is a testament to everyone's hard work. With 5 city champions, multiple medalists, and the Most Outstanding Wrestler, we demonstrated exceptional skill and perseverance in a competitive setting. Following tonight's celebration, we will regroup and intensify our training for the next challenge. I'm constantly learning and adapting, and this recent turn of events is no exception. I'm thrilled about the next chapter and grateful for the support that has propelled me forward. And the skepticism from critics has, in fact, contributed to my growth and resilience. It's clear that my journey is not self-directed, and unforeseen circumstances have led me down a path that even I couldn't even imagine, and I imagine my wife being a CIA spy. So.......

I didn’t catch them all, but I got most of them. Congratulations, Technicians Class of ’26 — you are truly a special group. I’m incredibly grateful and proud that I got to be even a small part of your journey.

The only thing I wish is that I had more time with all of you, but I know there will be plenty more moments ahead together on the mats. Watching your growth in just a few short months has meant more to me than you probably realize.

Always remember I’m in your corner forever, no matter what. Go chase your goals, conquer the world, keep becoming the people you’re meant to be and be second to none. Looking forward to getting back on the mats with you all soon. by @nbyoriginal

Detroit was ROCKIN last night! 💪🏽🔥

Nothing better than getting great work in with great people. Huge shoutout to Coach @tracyhubbard_ for the leadership, energy, and for always pouring back into the city and the next generation of wrestlers. The impact doesn’t go unnoticed! 👏🏽

To all the coaches and wrestlers that came through — outstanding work. Keep grinding, stay hungry, and go make some noise at Central Regionals this weekend! 🤼‍♂️💥
