We're looking ahead to Wednesday's @thefarmmarketatncc - in addition to our regular vendors, we'll welcome a new one, and a monthly participant!

@beasbakedart joins us for the first time - she will be on hand with fall-themed treats! Sales will benefit a new scholarship for NCC students who are in recovery from substance use disorders and behavioral addictions. Treat yourself and support an important cause - win win!

And #KeystoneCheese will be back for their monthly visit. They'll have samples of their oh-so-tasty handcrafted, artisan cheeses (crafted from the milk of happy cows), including some fun fall-inspired flavors.

You can also pick up some tasty grab & go, seasonal produce, sourdough bread and baked goods, handcrafted personal care items, honey, bulk coffee, preserves, syrup, and more - all locally-sourced ❤️

It's that time again - your reminder to visit @thefarmmarketatncc tomorrow for your midweek opportunity to #shoplocal!

We'll be in our NEW INDOOR LOCATION inside College Center on NCC's Bethlehem campus (3835 Green Pond Rd.) from 10-2 on Wednesday. Follow the signs to the second floor Laub Lounge!

While you're shopping for yourself, please consider bringing a donation to the H.O.P.E. food pantry, to support NCC students in need.

We'll have fresh produce from @schollorchards and the East 40 farm, tasty baked goods from @bubs_breads, honey from #MeadowViewBeekeeping, jams and maple syrup from @dutch_hill_preserves, bulk coffee from @monocacycoffee, handcrafted personal care items from @cleanaromas.ll, and much more!

NOTE: The students from the @ncc_culinaryarts program are on fall break, so they will not be at tomorrow's market - they'll be back next Wednesday, Oct. 21. by @ncceast40

It has been a wonderful summer season for @thefarmmarketatncc at our outdoor spot in the Quad - and for this coming Wednesday we head indoors until the end of November!

Happy Friday! Today, the Good Growers Club came out to tackle the native plant sanctuary. A day full of sun, good company, a sweet bunny friend, and lots and lots of weeding. The club is working to reimagine this garden bed to help better manage weeds while creating a bountiful space for fruits and native flowers. It's paw paw season!

Are you familiar with this tasty fall favorite? It's native to the northeast part of North America, and paw paw trees produce a large, yellowish-green to brown fruit. The ripe fruits are edible: they're sweet, with a custard-like texture and a flavor similar to banana or pineapple.

We have several paw paw trees on the East 40 acreage, and may have some to share at Tuesday's #AutumnEquinox event - drop by the East 40 between 2-6:30 pm to celebrate the beginning of a new season! All are welcome; we'll have a fire pit, yard games, hands-on crafts, and good conversation.
