Now after more than 20 years in business, NCI and its owner and founder, Nigel Fee are ready for that corporate continuity to expand even further.
“My interest in technology and computers began at a very young age and quickly developed into a genuine fascination,” Fee explained.

Accounting firms hold some of the most important information their clients trust them with.

Financial records, personal information, business data and more. That makes having secure, reliable IT especially important.

We help accounting firms protect their information, keep their systems running and make sure their teams have the technology they need to do their best work.

Your clients trust you with their information. Your IT should protect that trust. taken in Vancouver island by @ncitechnical

The number one complaint I hear from business owners is poor communication.

When something goes wrong, you shouldn’t have to wait days for an answer. Whether it’s a quick question or a major issue, responsive service makes all the difference.

That’s why the team at NCI Technical is available 24/7. When you reach out, someone is there to help.

Technology should make your day easier, not create more stress. taken in Vancouver island by @ncitechnical

Here are 3 things every reliable IT provider should already be doing:

• 24/7 System Monitoring
Problems should be identified and resolved before they disrupt your day.

• Regular Backup Testing
Backups only matter if they actually work. Routine testing ensures your data can be recovered when it matters most.

• Security & Software Updates
Keeping your systems updated and monitored helps protect your business from cyber threats.

If these aren’t already part of your current IT service, it may be time for a conversation.

Hacking usually isn’t personal—attackers use automated tools to find easy targets, not specific people. The real risk comes from thinking you’re “not important enough” to be hacked, which often leads to weaker security habits. taken in Vancouver island by @ncitechnical

Not all phone systems are created equal.

If your current system is difficult to manage, expensive to maintain, or limiting how your team communicates, it may be time to explore other options.

Modern VoIP phone systems can provide greater flexibility, improved reliability, and the ability to support your team in the office, at home, or on the go.

Have questions about VoIP? Give us a call or text at (250) 410-2088 and we’d be happy to discuss your options. taken in Vancouver island by @ncitechnical
