💜 A beautiful day. A beautiful community. An important message. 💜

Today, our community came together in the sunshine to paint rocks for Suicide Prevention Awareness Month — each one carrying a little message of hope, kindness, encouragement, and connection. 🎨☀️

Hundreds of these colorful rocks will now make their way throughout New Canaan — tucked into local businesses, schools, Land Trust properties, and other spots around town. Our hope is that someone finds one exactly when they need it. 💜

Because sometimes the smallest reminder can mean the most: You matter. You are loved. You are not alone.
@ncmoms loves partnering with @mindwellcenterofnewcanaan @newcanaancares @newcanaanlibrary 💗💗So grateful 🙏

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to paint, and to @walterstewartsmarket for generously providing snacks and drinks for our painters! 💜

Keep your eyes open around town… you never know when you might find a little bit of hope waiting for you. #youarenotalone #newcanaan #newcanaanmoms #mentalhealthawareness #suicidepreventionmonth taken in New Canaan Library by @ncmoms

Some places are just special. 🤍

The charm. The traditions. The people. The parks. The downtown. The sense of community you can’t quite explain until you’ve lived it.

New Canaan really is a hidden treasure — and we’re lucky to call it home. ✨ @ncmoms 💗

💗 Moms Supporting Moms. Community Supporting Community.

New Canaan Moms is proud to be part of this important community effort to support local survivors of domestic violence and their families.

• The new Domestic Violence Survivor Support Fund will help local families with urgent needs including safe housing, childcare, household essentials and emergency expenses.

• The fund brings together local organizations and community partners to provide practical support when families need it most.

• Most importantly, it gives our community a meaningful way to help neighbors who may be facing incredibly difficult circumstances—often quietly and behind closed doors.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that shows up for one another. 💗 #newcanaan #community Proud to partner with local organizations such as @newcanaancommunityfdn @dvccct @newcanaanpolice @newcanaanrotary Thank you for sharing this information @newcanaansentinel 📰 taken in New Canaan, Connecticut by @ncmoms

Mental health matters. ❤️

In the wake of recent tragedies affecting local families, we’re reminded that kindness, connection, and checking in on one another can make a difference.

Thank you to everyone who came together to support mental health awareness and help create a community where every person feels seen, valued, and supported.

You never know what someone is carrying. A smile, a text, an invitation, or simply listening can mean more than you realize.

Let’s keep the conversation going. 💚
