919 Day recap:
There's a lot to love about The Triangle, but our favorites are the people who make it feel like home.
The Corner came alive last week with electric performances, local stories and new memories. Thank you to all of our artists, vendors, musicians, staff and volunteers who make special events like this possible. From a 64th-scale model to a full-scale gathering space in 11 weeks. 🛠️

This summer, 15 NC State College of Design students designed and built The Crossover, a new pavilion at The Corner on Centennial Campus.

Along the way, they learned what happens when an idea meets steel, schedules, underground electrical conduit, real clients and a whole lot of collaboration.

Now The Crossover is part of campus, giving students, employees and visitors a place to gather, take shelter and enjoy something these students can point to for years to come and say, “I helped make that.”

What if we gave more people the chance?

When someone is never given the opportunity, how are they expected to show what they’re capable of?

Since Drey started working at 321 Coffee when she was 14 years old, we’ve watched her grow into a fun, hardworking, and ambitious member of our team. She's gone from working part time on the weekends as a student in high school to working full time after graduation, and now back to part time because she's going to college!

That growth is exactly why opportunity matters.

Too many people are never given the chance to show what they can do. At 321 Coffee, we believe inclusion means creating those opportunities and giving people the support they need to grow.

So consider this your sign to give someone a chance. You never know what they might accomplish when someone believes in them! ☕💛
