Happy New Year lovelies. First of all thank you God for an amazing year.

And secondly thank you every one for the love and support you have shown me in 2024 especially after I became a creator. I remember being too shy to start and putting it off for months until one day I said you know what… whatever happens! and here I am. 🤍

Cheers to a better 2025 ❤️

Too many plates for me not to drop the recipe.

It’s called Shepherd’s Pie (Naija Certified)

Ingredients
• 500g ground beef
• Equal amounts or potatoes & Cauliflower
• 2 medium onion, diced(I like onions 😁)
• 2 carrots, diced
. Ginger and garlic minced
• 1 cup frozen peas
• fresh tomatoes & pepper (blended)
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
. 1-2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
• 1 cup beef or chicken stock
• 1 tsp thyme & Curry
• fresh rosemary
• 1 tbsp black pepper
. 1 tbsp white pepper
. Fresh Parsley
• Salt and Maggi cubes
• 1–2 tbsp coconut/cooking oil
• 2–3 tbsp butter
• ⅓–½ heavy cream
• ½ cup shredded Parmesan

Preparation
Boil the potatoes and cauliflower in salted water until soft. Drain and mash with butter, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper. You can also sprinkle dried parsley.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and add ground beef. Let it simmer for a bit. Add tomato paste Then add carrots and fresh rosemary. Add curry, thyme & white pepper.
Add garlic and ginger, Worcestershire sauce, Oyster sauce, black pepper and salt (season how ever you like) then add the stock. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add the peas and cook for another 2–3 minutes.

Transfer the meat filling to a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling. Let it rest for about 10 minutes, then serve.

Make this for hubby and come and thank me. Make sure to eyeball your ingredients the Nigerian way 😉 Season to your liking. by @ndidiodiase

😅😍 by @ndidiodiase

Better late than never 😂

I just about made the cut!

I genuinely miss the big hair, the big hoop earrings, the fashion and just how simple life seemed back then. 😩

I might have caught only the tail end of the 80s, but judging by these pictures… I would have fit right in 😂
