A statement we cannot stay silent about.
Some organizers from EU have decided to hold a dance event in Russia. Despite numerous discussions and appeals, this decision remains unchanged.
We believe it is important for the dance community to understand why this raises serious concerns.
Is it appropriate to hold an event in Moscow?
Russia is conducting a war in Europe Any event held there contributes, through taxes, to the state budget - a budget used to sustain this war, in a country officially recognized by the European Union for supporting terrorism-related activities.
This is not a political opinion ❌
It is a legal and ethical reality✅
So how acceptable is it to promote a country involved in a war affecting
Europe?
What do you think?
