After I hit the duty cycle, I went on break then finished up 4 pieces, on the fifth, the power cable went mid weld 😂 good chance I'll be getting a new cooler next week. And if the parts for the push-pull guns don't come in, I'm running helium 🎈🎈🎈 by @ne_welds

Hit the duty cycle on my machine today 6 parts in. It's welding better but the 350 amp torch is getting way too hot still. Oh well 🤷‍♂️ by @ne_welds

Help would be appreciated!!! I know the metal isnt as clean as it should be, But since we have multiple 4000 piece orders they're not getting that clean.. but even when clean, the metal still doesn't weld right. It's 1/4" 6061 plate to 6061 sq.tube and I'm running an 1/8", 2% ceriated tungsten, and 1/8" 5356 filler. I'm on an old syncrowave(I'll put a picture up soon) and I've got my balance set at "7" and about 275 Max amps and 18-20 cfh argon

The tungsten quivers and wants to spit into the puddle and then it looks like that after I weld. Starting with a blunt taper and even a ball and its still questionable. And all of this is in the meantime of the python guns getting repaired then everything runs smooth 👌

Not sure if I want to sand down all the welds or not. It's a railing for my grandfather and he likes it as is. Well see by @ne_welds
