The immigrant checklist:
Raise a finger if you have ever been called a racial slur.

Raise another finger if you've ever had your name mispronounced or had to go by an English name.

Raise another finger if you've been asked to repeat yourself a number of times, you had to put on another accent.

Raise another finger if you've ever had to search "alternatives for ..." on Google.

Raise another finger if you have ever microwaved your meal and someone went, "What's that smell?"

A moving man would one day meet his luck, but

A moving man going in circles would only look like a fool.

On today's episode of content creation made me a fool,

Here are some lessons I learned from six months of creating content consistently with little to no results:

- Before embarking on a major project or career, always start by asking yourself, "Why?"

- Then, set SMART goals.

Having a deep-rooted reason as well as SMART goals ensures you are grounded throughout the duration of that project.

It also ensures you have a game plan and a realistic time frame to achieve set goals.

Because, even though life has no particular script, having goals and a realistic timeline never hurt anyone 🫠.

"Remember why you started."

But we forget to ask an important question:

In Italian, the question says- "per chi?"

In English, it translates to:

"For whom?"

For whom are you holding on for?

For whom are you doing the things you do?

I’m not gonna lie. The major hack for studying your bible is to stop procrastinating and simply start.

But if you are looking for extra tips on making it productive and a habit, here are a few:

• Start with prayer.
You need the right headspace plus supernatural help to study your bible, understand what you have studied, and apply it to your daily life.

•Pick a consistent time and place.
This could be your room, a park nearby, whichever location that is stable and works for you consistently.

•Get a physical bible if possible.
Less distractions, more tangible. Need i say more?

•Get a bible reading plan.
Preferably a bible in one year reading plan. Your spiritual growth is a marathon, not a sprint.

•Most importantly, start.
Start today, start somewhere, start with one page, start with two minutes, but just start.

Additional tip:
Get an accountability partner. It makes the journey easier.
