i hate that nervous system regulation has become another thing to achieve,

what if instead it’s just being an animal, in a body, with other animals

in 🌴Vacation from healing we are going to explore taking the pressure off of “regulating correctly” and come into relationship 💕

we start monday who is coming!!! also bring a friend for free if ya hadn’t heard ✌️ by @nectar.somatics

i feel that some of the most important work we will ever do is to get to know the stories that live in our bodies.

the longing, the fears. the impulses. what has been denied, or not allowed. beneath our desire to figure out and fix there is a whole landscape that holds a lot of aliveness

through somatic experiencing we very gently enter this conversation with the body 💕

some benefits that my clients have experienced

more confidence and ease
stronger boundaries
more clarity around desires and dreams
less symptoms
less shame
more peace and stability
increased capacity for connection
more freedom in erotic expression
self trust
creative inspiration
and more!

I believe that behind everything we pathologize about our self there is an intelligence, a survival energy trying to love us through keeping us alive

when we try to shame and fix these things we actually become more disconnected from ourselves

at the heart of my work is a sense of curiosity and permission for the aliveness in you trying to make itself known. when we take off the pathology, we can get to know it ❤️‍🔥
