Things Anew: A new name, a new attitude, new programming, and a new alignment. Over the past 3 years, we’ve learned a lot and have definitely evolved since the beginnings of BOI TOY STUDIO, the memories made & shared will always be with us, and we hope you all join us entering this new chapter of 400A. Introducing: NECTAR 📸 🍯 A narrative and memory production studio. This year was something..Let’s talk about what’s been going on & the rebirth of our studio. The Elephant in The Room. Our space, like many other Black and Queer-led spaces all around the country, are suffering. For context, read our GoFundMe for the full story. Currently: We are raising urgent funds for us to heal, clear debt and have more capacity in the long-term to establish a brand-new mutual aid fund in partnership with Studio Arisaema for artists and other cultural pollinators around the state so NO ONE has to continue to experience what we’ve all been enduring. (More details soon) On Monday (Labor Day), we will be hosting a pop-up and live stream to push this fundraiser and celebrate this new chapter with our community. More details on our Partiful page, link in bio.
