Still riding the high from our best COMPASS retreat yet in New Orleans!

When this incredible community of agents comes together, the energy is unmatched. The connections, collaboration, and shared passion are what make this community truly special. A little New Orleans magic, a lot of memories, and plenty of inspiration to bring back home! ✨ by @neda.navab.compass

“I wish you could see yourselves the way I see you.” At Compass RETREAT in New Orleans, I shared a message that extends to every Compass agent, wherever you call home.

I see the courage it takes to build a business with your name and reputation behind it. The care you bring to understanding your clients. The steadiness you offer during some of the biggest moments in their lives.

You’ve helped build this company, and you continue to make it better. You expect a lot of yourselves and of Compass—and I’m grateful for both. Sharing a few words from my keynote, with appreciation for everything you do. I’m so proud to be building this next chapter together. by @neda.navab.compass

An evening to remember at Generations Hall! ⚜️✨

The Fleur-de-Lis Soirée brought RETREAT to its crescendo with the unmistakable energy of New Orleans. From live music and bold local eats to everyone bringing their own NOLA flair, there’s nothing quite like celebrating and connecting under one roof.

These are the moments worth celebrating. #CompassRETREAT #ThisIsCompass by @neda.navab.compass

Big ideas. Fresh perspectives. Limitless possibilities.

From leadership and mindset to innovation and the future of real estate, RETREAT’s REImagine sessions challenged us to think bigger, push boundaries and reimagine what’s possible. Beyond the sessions, we explored the best of New Orleans, from world-class local listings and a behind-the-scenes look at Mardi Gras World to the flavors of the French Quarter.

The takeaways were valuable, but the memories and friendships made along the way? Those are what we’ll bring home with us.
