“I wish you could see yourselves the way I see you.” At Compass RETREAT in New Orleans, I shared a message that extends to every Compass agent, wherever you call home.

I see the courage it takes to build a business with your name and reputation behind it. The care you bring to understanding your clients. The steadiness you offer during some of the biggest moments in their lives.

You’ve helped build this company, and you continue to make it better. You expect a lot of yourselves and of Compass—and I’m grateful for both. Sharing a few words from my keynote, with appreciation for everything you do. I’m so proud to be building this next chapter together.
