Officially a Life-Force Academy Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher ✨

I just completed LFA’s first 200 hr YTT training, a journey of 8 months deep diving into the art and science of kundalini yoga.

A unique experience for me being both a student of the training and supporting @jaidev108 and @lifeforceacademy behind the scenes, writing the manual, organize immersions and assisting sessions.

Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity I am so grateful for!

A journey of both inner transformation and professional development.

I am so excited to step into the teacher seat and weave threads of my magic into the practice. by @neema__star

Devotion. Wonder. Deep listening.

At this stage in my path, my expression of devotion looks like any things…the way I dress for ritual and for the divine, the beauty and attention given to preparing a meal, my full presence gifted to a beloved, my complete surrender in the dance floor, adorning my altars with care and life force.

I am always learning, listening, observing and soaking up the expressions of those around me for inspiration.

I recently committed to a more Venusian lifestyle, a softer, more beautiful, feminine flowing way … and it feels so natural! To enhance the radiance and sparkle, give life to the dull, and let my full Bellagio fountain rise, wow it feels good to be alive!

I feel incredibly blessed to be surrounded by such magnificence each day, To be guided by the light within and all around.

I lay my prayers with an overflowing heart of hope and love, and let it be as it will be …

The miracles keep coming, the mundane becomes sweet like spring fruit, and the challenges are met with curiosity.

Naga Kanya and the Great Mystery has been teaching me about the feminine force, the wisdom of waters, and healing some of the deepest places within me.

Thank you to all my teachers and mentors, my sisters and friends, and to my love, who’s been unlocking new layers of opulence in my reality.

May the path ahead be paved with peace, love, joy and nourishment for all beings. May the foundations from which we thrive be steady, prosperous and born of absolute truth.

Bless it be, and so it is.

Thanks

Our cacao priestess guided us so beautifully through an intimate, heart opening, and truly magical ceremony.

Thank you, Neema Star, for wrapping us in your warmth and wisdom… for guiding us through dance, prayer, and the kind of profound movement that lingers long after the moment has passed.

Peak into my Sadhana this week…
I’m 1/3 of the way thru my Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training with @lifeforceacademy
It’s been an in depth study of the facets of the mind, yogic philosophy, and Kriya - pranayama, asana, mantra and meditation.

Part of my homework is devotion to a daily Sadhana. This weeks assignment is The Complete Practice for Inner Radiance on the member portal guided by @jaidev108
It’s a few preliminary exercises, Surya Namaskara, Wake up Series and 11 mins of chanting Long Ek Ong Kar
We Always open and close with a compassionate heart, offering the benefits to the happiness and liberation of all beings.
My addition is to end with a dance of joy and devotion.
