Today marks my 1 year of sobriety! I woke up in tears of gratitude and a sense of pride I’ve never felt before. This time last year I was at the lowest point I’ve ever been and couldn’t shake suicidal thoughts. I had truly lost all hope and will to continue.

My sisters stepped up and gave me the support I needed to succeed. Additionally, I connected with friends who had gone through their own sobriety journeys. I wish I could explain how much everyone's support helped and how grateful I am for it. ❤️

This year has been an absolute gift and I have a new lease on life! If anyone is reading this and needs an ear or push in the right direction- I would be happy to do what I can. You are not alone and things can get better.
