🚨thrilled to announce I directed the new vid for @bodycountofficial (fronted by the legendary @icet), "The Hate Is Real." The song and vid are about the cycle of hate in society. Body Count took home the GRAMMY for best metal performance last week, nearly 30 years after first splashing onto the scene with the polarizing "Cop Killer." Click the link in my bio for more info from Metal Hammer and to watch the video, featuring puppet Ice T and a bunch of other crazy stuff (there's even a Jello Biafra cameo at the beginning)

Feels surreal as hell to write this! Thanks to Body Count and @centurymedia for getting this out there. As always, I gotta shout out the brilliant folks around me who helped make it happen -- @trash_queen_of_nyc, @corinnestagramster
@playdohpoole on the puppet making, @lacroixboy.mov @chino_deathstar @kaiseronarolla @makesnodiff @gabe3185 on production, @dr_hanz_ @rybatrockiteddy @aqueous_animation for some brilliant vfx and animation, and producer @thomdemicco for being the lime in my coconut.

🚨NEW VID ALERT!!! When @sanguisugabogg and @centurymedia came to me, @thomdemicco and @tromateam for their new music video MENSTRUAL ENVY, we knew we had to go and shoot the wackiest, most NSFW vid we could. With the support of many amazing crew we were able to do just that and today the results are out in the world to make you spew. Full vid link in bio!

This shoot was a week's worth of effort that saw me running around like a mad lad and I couldn't be happier to share this with you all -- immense thanks to @beasniper for the Tromeo-style dong monsters, all-star Tromettes @renn.loop and @lexylethal, @dwaynesteeler himself as the disemboweled victim of the hour, @lacroixboy.mov on the camera, @lanternwood on the art dept, @ram_jam_inc @keanuslastname @chino_deathstar @trash_queen_of_nyc @kaiseronarolla on production, @sydniesfx on makeup and everyone who showed up to get mutilated. And @unclelloydkaufman for letting us play with his perennial dongs!

Congrats to the wonderful Sanguisugabogg boys for signing to Century Media and carrying the drugged out death metal torch -- their new album TORTURED WHOLE is available for pre-order now!

ps: part 2 coming soon ;)

Today is as good a day as any to reveal our poster for BEEF CREEK, our upcoming cartoon pilot! Thanks @jordanbeecham_art for your awesome work making this. We're looking forward to announcing screening dates soon and other ways to watch once it's released, but in the meantime cast and crew and Indiegogo backers should keep an ear out for a special viewing party within the next few months. Thanks to everyone for your contributions in bringing Beef Creek to life!

🚨 NEW VID ALERT!!! My new music vid w/the incredible @escuelagrind just dropped on @revolvermag. "Evil Sims" is a three-song triptych video and we had a blast shooting it back in July. Featuring the rarely seen "latino beef hand chop" and "chainsaw hand blast beat" stunts. Much love to @makesnodiff @ram_jam_inc @trash_queen_of_nyc for their hard work on this shoot and to @aqueous_animation for the assist on VFX. Video link in my bio 🐶🐶🐶 by @negative_seby

PART 1/2 in case anyone was curious about how my puppet vid for @bodycountofficial came together, here's a little peek behind the curtains

slides 1 + 2: this was the first video I did where I storyboarded every single shot before we started shooting, which helped immensely later on -- although some things unfortunately had to get canned for scheduling/technical reasons, like that pruppet bong rip seen here (RIP)

slide 3: so once me and @trash_queen_of_nyc
figured out how we were going to make the pruppets, we went and got a shit ton of quilt batting and fleece

slide 4: drawing templates and cutting out limbs

slide 5: the fleece (the pruppets' skin) was cut out piece by piece and dyed in batches for skin tones, a laborious-ass process -- here a batch is seen drying after one such dye bath

slide 6: one of our first (mostly) assembled pruppets by @corinnestagramster, prior to the mouth plates being glued in for easy... mouthability (?). Each single pruppet was sewn together piece by piece, with the limbs stuffed with excess batting, and then assembled

slide 7: at this point it was time to start seeing how the facial features would look, starting with @icet

slide 8: me being stoked at it all coming together by @negative_seby
