I’m still processing how incredible yesterday was 🥺✨

@skynversations started as a simple idea; to create a space where we could talk honestly about all our skin concerns. Not just the products, but the triggers, the science, the emotions. The things we carry quietly.

At yesterday’s event we unpacked acne, hyperpigmentation and redness. Words that can carry embarrassment, frustration, and years of being misunderstood. From gut health to hormonal triggers, from skincare routines to seeking evidence based remedies, we unpacked it all. With care, with clarity, and with community.

April dump - but make it healing 🌱💚
I’m still soaking in the joy from our very first @dimmaclinic x @aranini.health pilates, skincare and all things women’s health.

What started as an idea with @signed.drj to blend skincare education with intentional movement—became a space filled with laughter, curiosity, and real connection. It became a space where women could slow down, check in with their bodies, and feel seen in their skin. A safe space filled with laughter, curiosity, and real connection.

We moved. We breathed. We opened up conversations around skin; acne, hyperpigmentation, hormones, and the ways women’s health intersects with what shows up on our skin.

And behind it all, I was feeling the fear—but doing it anyway.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is say yes before you’re ready.
