Therefore “VOODOO” is that little swagger within oneself of which we finesse and carry out that special thing we all do in a seemingly magical way. We all got that Swagger/Voodoo but the question is how many of us are able to harness it????Recently I intentionally went on a self compelling journey, a journey of reorienting and rediscovering…my spirit was eagerly yearning for something new and beyond the norms. I was no longer satisfied with the familiar patterns that were made convenient for people like us. I decided to take a stubborn and genre bending approach into creating something that can truly remind me of that distinctive strength we all possess within. I know fitting in with the crowd might seem cool but being distinctive is the true magic of our individual existence.I’ve crafted a sound VOODOO MUSIC which is tend to act as an intentional catalyst to provoke the awakening/manifestation of a higher self. This is unique not just because of what it entails but also because this might be a one time thing in my musical journey. It’s a bold statement in an era where creatives are scared to go beyond the norms.
