2023 was a year of TRANSFORMATION!

As I'm reminded that you can't experience a 'Testimony' without having gone through the 'Test'. I decided to face what I thought would've been been one of the hardest periods in my life with SURRENDER🙏🏽

Entering 2024 lighter due to making some bitter/sweet decisions and 'Standing on Business', no matter how many times I wanted to quit...lol. Here are (4) Things I'm intentionally leaving behind in 2023:

1) OLD IDENTITY & SELF IMAGE- I recommitted my life to God (Jesus Christ), so naturally some things just gotta go.

2) ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY- Yes, a whole Career change. I'll share more on that in the near future.

3) FRIENDSHIPS, BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS & ASSOCIATIONSHIPS - Some people just can't go forward with you and that's okay.

4) TRAUMA, TRIGGERS & TOXICITY- My new motto 'Healed is the New Sexy'.

Welcome to my REBIRTH 💛🖤

✨ THERE IS WISDOM IN SILENCE. 🤍

Not everything you know needs to be said, and not every situation deserves a response.

Wisdom is knowing when to speak, when to listen, and when silence serves a greater purpose.

Maturity teaches us that we don’t always need to prove a point, explain ourselves, or have the last word.

📖 “Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise…” — Proverbs 17:28 (KJV)

✨ Speak with intention.
✨ Listen with understanding.
✨ Choose wisdom over reaction.

Silence is not weakness. It is often a demonstration of wisdom, discipline and self-control. 🤍

✨October was a month of making decisions, removing distractions, challenging limitations and becoming more intentional about what deserves my time, energy and attention.

God continues to teach me that growth requires obedience, discipline and the courage to do the work.

I’m learning to trust my decisions, protect my focus and stop negotiating with the limitations I’ve already outgrown.

Grace for the process. Accountability for the progress. 🤍
📖 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” — Philippians 4:13 (KJV)

Here’s to fewer distractions, greater clarity and doing the work! ✨

✨ A HEALTHY MIND MAKES HEALTHY CHOICES. 🤍

The quality of your thoughts influences the quality of your decisions.

What you allow into your mind shapes your perspective, your attitude, your actions, and ultimately, the direction of your life.

A healthy mind doesn’t mean you never face negative thoughts. It means learning to recognize what does not serve your peace, purpose, or growth—and choosing not to dwell on it.

God calls us to renew our minds, not conform to every thought, emotion, or influence around us.

📖 “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind…” — Romans 12:2 (KJV)

Protect your peace.
Be intentional about what you entertain.
Choose wisdom over impulse.
Choose faith over fear. 🙏🏽

Because when your thinking changes, your choices change—and your life begins to reflect it. ✨

Volunteering recently at my university’s @uwi_staugustine ‘The UWI SPEC International Half-Marathon & 5K - 20th Anniversary edition’.

In this season of life God is really teaching me one of life’s most beautiful lessons, that giving is truly better than receiving. There’s a special kind of joy that comes from giving, loving and making a difference in someone else’s life. 🥹❤️

I’m learning that life isn’t always about what we receive, but about the love, kindness and generosity we share with others. A grateful heart, a giving spirit and memories that mean so much more. ✨

✨TRUTH NEVER HAS TO HIDE FROM A LIE. 🤍

A lie may be loud, convincing, or repeated—but that does not make it the truth.

Truth does not need to manipulate, compete, or prove itself. It can stand confidently because it is rooted in what is real.

When you walk with God, you don’t have to chase every false word spoken about you. Keep your heart right, keep walking in truth, and trust God to reveal what needs to be revealed.

📖 “For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.” — Luke 12:2 (KJV)

You don’t have to defend yourself against every lie.
You don’t have to explain yourself to everyone.
Sometimes, you simply need to keep walking in truth. 🙏🏽

What is true will stand. What is false will eventually be exposed.

✨ September challenged me to remove limitations, redefine my goals, make decisions and commit to the work.

God is teaching me that growth requires more than vision—it requires obedience, discipline and the willingness to do the work. I’m learning to stop allowing old limitations to define what’s possible and to move forward with greater intention. 🤍

I’m giving myself grace for the process, but I’m also holding myself accountable to the decisions I’ve made and the person I’m becoming.

📖 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” — Philippians 4:13 KJV

Here’s to removing limitations, redefining the vision and doing the work. ✨

✨ COURAGE OVER FEAR. 🤍

Fear may be present, but it does not have to control your next step.

Faith reminds us that courage is not the absence of fear. It is choosing to trust God in spite of it.

📖 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV)

You can be afraid and still move forward.
You can feel uncertain and still trust God.
You can choose courage because God is with you. 🙏🏽

Happy Birthday to my twin (although we’re 6 years apart), I use to call her my mini-me till she started becoming my teacher in a lot of ways, my best friend, my prayer partner, my heaven sent strength when I’m in need, Nishaun mommy who made me an Aunty, lol….The list goes on and I know a lot more would be added to this list🙏🏽💛

Thank you @tenisha.cyrus for being an amazing, faithful, caring sister and destiny nurturer. I love you more than words can express and I pray God continues to bless you, prosper you, protect you, cover you, strengthen you and fill your days with joy, peace, love, long life, abundance, protection daily and contentment always❤️✨💐🌼🌺🌸🌹🌻💐 by @neicyworld

✨ Questions are the seeds for answers. 🌱

Sometimes clarity begins with simply having the courage to ask.

Ask God. Ask yourself. Ask for wisdom. Ask for understanding. Ask the questions that challenge you to think deeper, grow stronger, and see things differently.

Not every answer comes immediately, but the right questions can lead you toward the clarity, wisdom, and direction you’ve been seeking. 🤍

📖 “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault…” — James 1:5 (NIV)

Don’t be afraid of the questions. They may just be the seeds God uses to lead you to the answers. 🌱✨
