I guess I'll let y'all ride with me for a little bit 🤭 I like riding by myself most times because I'm aggy AF and be having my own little concerts 😂

My toxic trait (one of them) is thinking I sound like the actual artist that's singing. Off key, on key, wrong key I know what I hear and I sound just like them 🤷🏾‍♀️ 🤣 #isaidwhatisaid

The only thing constant is change. And a change has come. 8 years ago I started my loc journey which was very much necessary for me at the time. Now it's time to let them go along with other things. Becoming too complacent will stagnate growth 🌻

Meal prepping (while time consuming on my prep days—Sun/Wed) pays off BIG TIME during the week. Not worrying about what to eat or eating too much has been efficient and effective for my overall wellness.

Flipping to chapter 39 in less than 24 hours and it reads 📖...

"I deserve love, peace, joy, prosperity, and an abundance of all things great. I appreciate all that I had, have, and will receive. Ase" 💜

I know you can't out work a bad diet (or whatever they say lol) but I'm going to try today 😂 while getting some natural vitamin D. 🔆
