Not every day has to be perfect, and progress doesn’t always look the same. For me, it’s simply choosing to show up and move my body. I’m grateful that I get to challenge myself in new ways.

Taking care of the body God gave me, one class at a time! 🤎💫🙌🏽🤍

Before the day ends on 10/10, I want to honor a friend of mine who wears many hats, but today, she wore her therapist hat. 💛

Thankful to have been part of @terapiawithale Mental Health gathering and to have received so much from this evening. Your life is truly a gift, Ale!
Knowledge, encouragement, and hope were shared tonight, and my spirit is leaving so full. 🥹✨

Beautiful message by pastor @coralaguilaroficial this morning. 🤎

Our first gathering was successful, thank you Jesus! It’s beautiful being able to lead women into stewarding their faith and health well.

Our praise & pilates team, missing @gissellemata__ 🥺

Fruitful word, fruitful friendships.

Thank you @elmaanix_ for leading us in moving our bodies with so much grace and strength! ✨

Forever grateful for my girls.

Amazing women of God.

A little college pride on my classroom door 🎓🐗

This is one of the fun parts about being a teacher and I get to share a piece of my story with my students. 🥹

Shout-out to our parent volunteers who helped bring my door inspo together! 💙💛

Days have been so fast-paced for me lately, that if I don’t slow down, I’ll miss the simple joys like this one. 🤎
