I’m pleased to share that I will be participating in the Rencontres Photographiques de Guyane as part of “Reprendre Racines”, a group exhibition organized by the Fondation Dapper and presented in an open-air format across several locations in Guyane. 🌎

For this exhibition, I will be presenting a selection of works from three series — Greenhouse, As if the world had no west, and The Island. These projects examine intersections between ecology, memory, and postcolonial landscapes, exploring how environments carry traces of social and historical experience.

“Reprendre Racines” brings together artists whose work reflects on the interdependence between humans and their surroundings, proposing perspectives that move beyond extractive or utilitarian views of the living world. I’m glad to contribute to this dialogue through these bodies of work, which form part of my ongoing research into geography, identity, and the politics of place. ✨

Based on real people and true stories, ‘A Day in May’ gives voice to those who bravely fought for marriage equality, marking a historic moment when Ireland became the first nation to approve equal marriage by popular vote.
