Before It Flies

She tries to hold a storm in one hand, and watches a feather with breathless tenderness — so light it could take flight with the faintest breath. One hand feels the cold weight of pearl, the other the weightless warmth of down. Between these two opposing forces, a moment of stillness emerges between letting go and holding on.

Today, I'd like to share a moment that feels especially meaningful to me.

My series Black Swan has been received Honorable Mention in the IPA 2026 – International Photography Awards.

Regardless of the final results, being selected already means a great deal to me. It feels like an important milestone and a confirmation that the artistic path I've chosen resonates with others.

While creating this series, I sought to bring together photographic craftsmanship, visual storytelling, and the possibilities of artificial intelligence, while ensuring that AI remains a tool and artistic vision stays at the heart of the work.

My sincere thanks to the jury @IPhotoAwards for their thoughtful consideration of my work. It is both a great honour and a powerful motivation to continue developing my artistic practice.

And thank you to everyone who supports my work. Your encouragement truly means a lot to me🤍

AUTARKY (photo series, Part 1)

Sirens have always sung to enchant. Their voice was a force directed outward—at sailors, at heroes, at the entire world.
But the world itself has turned into a deafening chorus of others' opinions, desires, and fears. And the Sirens realized: to try and shout over this noise was to lose themselves in it.
They did not forget how to sing. They consciously chose silence.
These pearlescent crowns on their heads are not mere ornaments. They are their new instruments. Just as a seashell holds the echo of the ocean, these crowns preserve and amplify the echo of their own soul. They filter out all that is external, allowing them to hear what is essential: themselves.
This is Autarky. A new state of power, where strength lies not in being heard, but in hearing oneself with perfect clarity. Where your own will is the only compass.
A state in which you are your own ocean.
