There is a reason Nektar feels the way it does the second you walk in..

I sat down with Veslemøy, the woman behind one of my favourite restaurants in Oslo, and the place behind our latest Holzweiler campaign. She does breathwork with her staff. She believes that if you take care of the people around you, everything else follows.

What inspires me so much is that she actually runs a restaurant, day in and day out, all the hard logistics of it, and still stays completely non-negotiable on quality. Real ingredients, real producers, nothing cut for convenience.

It’s the exact same thing we believe in at Holzweiler. Build with people who feel like family, and everything else follows.

We unfortunately have to move our event this week Thursday (11.06) to next Thursday (18.06).

We hope you can still join us to taste some awesome wines from our little import company while @antomuku and @wine_chef212 set the mood behind the decks 🤩

@thankyouforfeedingme will also be mixing up some special 2 part cocktails on the night🙌 taken in Rosteds gate by @nektarvinbar

🥂 by @nektarvinbar
