Shadow work is some of the hardest, most rewarding things I’ve ever done because through every layer I’ve peeled back & cried about and then accepted allows me to find light in the most unusual places… see this, ⬆️ I was walking to my bed and I saw this photo to take !! It immediately made me smile 😊

I am grateful I’ve put so much time into myself…

To unconditionally Love, I had to make mistakes, completely lose every materialistic thing , my job, my partner, and things inside of me, my health , self-care, self-love, my willpower, my identity , my true heart.

To understand that everything I have been looking for, Desire has been inside of me wanting for me to find it again. Digging deep through so many lies I’ve allowed myself to believe and let it all go, it’s a process and it’s still going but I am feeling lighter; feeling and seeing the light inside of me.

Peeling back the layers is a slow process, others outside won’t see, others close to you won’t understand , accept, or agree with, but no matter what keep going and be authentically you. Your DNA is only you, so do it for yourself.

Unconditional Self-Love will come, washing over you like water while playing outside in the rain or maybe in a warm relaxing shower. Some days you’ll feel like you’ve lost it, but ask yourself what layer is coming to the surface for me to, see, feel and accept about myself so that I can peel it away?

Remember, confirmations that you are aligned will come, but you have to listen, while you are inside yourself and ask yourself; What do I need to do, see and/or feel today?
