I love this! The conversation is between the dad on the left and the mum on the right, both waiting anxiously while their babies pluck up the courage to take their first flight. They are struggling to let them go but equally know it’s time! by @nelliesartist

Commissions have been my bread and butter for a long time, I don’t get as many as I would like, but they are what I sell the most of. This one for example was given to me by a daughter who wanted to gift her mum a memory from her wedding. A painting that was a perfect, precious moment between mother in daughter on a daughter’s special day!

Oscar passed in 2025 and loved his walks in the bluebell woods. His hooman mummy misses him everyday and wanted a portrait to hang in her home so she could look at him and remember all the lovely walks they had together

Bailey was an awesome pup! A pal for an autistic lad who was bullied and terrified of leaving his home after being attacked at 13 years old while waiting for a bus for the first time. So Bailey came along to help him. Bailey was a hero. This painting shows Bailey in the garden of that lads (now a grown man) home. Bailey passed before his owner bought this beautiful home so I had to paint him there

Millie is a special pooch who loves her place by the warm Arga. Her hooman mum loves her so much so just had to have a portrait of her to keep her with her forever

A special couple on their day. And they got to share their day with their 3 little girls too! I had to paint this as the building is beautiful too!

A Miami group of sisters! A small painting but big personalities!

Winnie the wiener! Painted with strawberries and a pink background because Winnie’s mummy loves strawberries and pink obvs hehe by @nelliesartist

I miss him every single day! This is my grandad, being a daft as he always was! He spent hours every Friday night sitting at his kitchen table drawing with me, telling me tales of the war. Telling me what he used to get up to, some tall tales I’m sure! He encouraged me to be the best artist I can be and never give up!! He passed 7 years ago so I will never give up, for him!!! I hope he is proud of me by @nelliesartist
