This episode was truly inspiring. “I have seen the God who sees me.” ✨

So many of us grew up with an “activity checklist” version of faith. We go to church, we try to be good, and we tick all the moral boxes. But it stays in our heads, never truly reaching our hearts.

And when deep pain hits, that checklist isn’t enough. We can feel completely blinded to God’s presence, wondering why He isn’t answering us.

But as Nelly’s story beautifully reminds us, just because you can’t see God in your hardest seasons, doesn’t mean He isn’t sitting right there with you. 🤍

Just like Hagar in the Bible, when we finally reach the end of ourselves and seek Him with our whole heart in total surrender, He opens our eyes. We move from head-knowledge to a true heart-encounter, and we realize Jehovah El Roi—the God who sees us—was with us the entire time.
