A memorable day in Swakopmund, then a 4x4 Dune bashing tour of the Namib-Nauklip national park. Magnificent salt lakes, and Atlantic ocean views! Dunes meet ocean waves! by @nelmerisa

I am asking those who love the outdoors to post a picture. A picture that YOU took. No description. The goal is to regain peace and harmony without negativity. Please copy the text, put a picture on YOUR page, and let's look at these. Here is mine. by @nelmerisa

I was young once . . . to all my female friends from 40 years and up... (well any age really) most of us are going through the next phase of our lives. We're at that age where we see wrinkles, grey hair and extra kilos.

Menopause may have appeared or just waiting around the corner. We see the cute 25-year-olds and reminisce. But we were also 25, just as they will one day be our age. What they bring to the table with their youth and zest, we bring our wisdom and experience.
We have raised families, run households, paid the bills, dealt with diseases, sadness and everything else life has assigned us. We are survivors... we are warriors in the quiet... we are women...like a classic car or a fine wine.

We have seen death a plenty and grief in oceans and waves, and learned to move forward.
Even if our bodies may not be what they once were, they carry our souls, our courage and our strength. We shall all enter this chapter of our lives with humility, grace and pride over everything we have been through and should never feel bad about getting older. It's a privilege that is denied to so many. 💗

Ladies, I challenge you to copy and proudly paste with your picture and age. I am turning 64 in October.
