What an experience! Grateful for meeting Amosa @am_osa_ properly after many brief niceties around Poneke for what seems like a long-standing ritual amongst creatives. Being brought on to your project literally days before was spontaneous and delightfully delicious. I watched a community brought together and I felt a part of something you were highlighting. When cash covers the floor it's either you threw it or you're the cause for financial festivities! A full night working alongside designers, academics and indigenous beacons of hope. I've never felt safer on a project than I do when collaborating with those hailing from nations fortified by Micronesian, Melanesian and Pacific blues. #FIAFIA2025

Fa’afafine have integrated with Samoan society for generations. Whilst not all align with certain ideologies in fa’a Samoan way of living, Samoan soil still courses through their veins, respecting the pillars of every strong family and their contribution to their villages.

All Samoans now are tasked with integrating in a western society; whose core values are not as god-fearing.

With Samoan pride we continue to navigate through this hostile world where money and superficiality reign supreme just as our ancestors did over the surface of blue silk waters with unknown perimeters.

With an orator staff each Samoan has a voice.
With an Ulu fala we carry a connection to our land around our necks.
With a Fue we sweep the air to make our grand entrance.
