With some new faces around here, I figured now’s the perfect time for a quick reintroduction:
I’m Nelson—born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, but after over 20 years in Central Florida, I proudly call this sunny state home.

I’m a Realtor and Agent Partner with The @pozekgroup and @theorlandoreal , and I’ve been in real estate since 2021. Every day, I’m grateful to help families achieve their goals—whether it’s buying their first home, investing in real estate, or selling a property with confidence. It’s more than a career to me—it’s a calling.

My journey into real estate actually started thanks to my wife, Karla—a Broker and Owner of her own property management company. Her passion for the business inspired me to dive in, and I haven’t looked back since!

Outside of real estate, life revolves around my family, sports, coaching my son, and enjoying the beach whenever we can. As a former collegiate baseball player, the experience taught me valuable lessons about discipline, teamwork, and growth—both on and off the field.
