In honor of my dearest friend, my brother Earlie Harris. I just found these at the Bailey Fish Market and I caught myself reaching for my phone to call you to tell you about these pork rinds. It’s a thing I did during those time that I was going through. I would stop by unannounced to Irish and Earlie sit on the couch, bitch about the world, cry, and we would eat Pork Rinds. Earlie Harris I don’t even have the words to describe how I feel. This man right here had been an important part of my recovery and my life. I thank you for your unconditional love, your shoulder to cry on, and your words of wisdom. Thank you for your love for recovery and and your unwavering service!

Today is my mama’s birthday! Today was also to be my wedding day, but that was a no go. 😔😔 this day has been heavy on my heart since the break up. It still hurts my heart that someone can look you in the eyes and promise to not hurt you and then turn around and do exactly that. I don’t know if I will ever have the courage again to let any man come that close to me. I think I’m just gonna sit on the side lines and let God do what HE do because I do believe there is someone for everyone out in this big cruel world and that includes me. These last 8 months have NOT been easy at all but it has given me an opportunity to really take a good hard look at ME and really accept that I am not perfect at all. I have made many many mistakes but the beauty is that I continue to hold onto my faith and that I am truly where I’m supposed to be. My life is extremely quiet, I miss my family, friends, and my coworkers. I miss my old life but I believe in 2 important things. No Matter What Don’t Use and Keep Pusing forward I must stay in position to receive what God has for me!
