White Pan Fried Sicilian Pizza is essentially the most delicious cheesy bread on the planet!

Crispy fried bottom, a blend of mozz, fresh mozz, cheddar and more @urbanslicer white pizza mojo seasoning than you can handle!

What frustrates me about this pizza is with all the care and effort I put into all my pizzas, this is the simplest and always gets the most positive feedback!

I’ll take a red pizza over a white every day of the week. How about you?

Slicing and Boxing a Pan Fried Sicilian Pizza ASMR

There’s nothing quite like when you nail that crunchy fried bottom and soft chewy interior of a PFS!

You can hear the soft middle and crispy bottom as the pizza sword slices right through the tray of NEPA style fried pizza.

The pizza knife also serves as a nice serving tool for lifting the pizza into the box!

I made this one for a local business owner that takes good care of our family, and we thought sending a PFS pizza would be a nice little tip for them!

YOU GUYS WERE RIGHT! 🤯🍕 I finally made it to K’s Restaurant in Daleville, PA, and their Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Pretzel Pizza absolutely BLEW ME AWAY!

This isn’t a gimmicky pretzel crust—it tastes like a real pretzel! 🥨 Thin pretzel dough, pretzel salt, gooey cheese, finely chopped chicken cheesesteak, and perfectly balanced buffalo sauce.

The creativity was impressive, but the execution was even better. Every bite was ridiculously delicious, making this one of the most memorable pizzas I’ve had in years. 🔥

To everyone who told me to try K’s: I finally listened, and you were 100% RIGHT! 🙌

Pretzel Stromboli with Ham and Cheese!

I was ultra-inspired to make this stromboli for a friend who is a fan of the @sheetz pretzel bun schmelt with ham and cheese.

The inspo came from reviewing Kay’s Restaurant in Daleville stuffed pretzel crust hot wing pizza as well as @jimmyhank_pizza pretzel edge crust cheesesteak pizza he completed with in Columbus at Pizza Expo.

I don’t like to copy people, but i constantly look for inspiration and put my own spin on things! While both Jimmy’s and Kay’s were more of a dark bavarian style pretzel more salt forward, i went with more of a sweet auntie anne’s style crust with a lighter crust.

Had to fill it with plenty of sliced ham and a blend of yellow cheeses, and honestly this boli came out way better than envisioned! The smell was standing in line at the pretzel stand in the mall!

Stop cooking pizza with a flame thrower!

If the bottom of your pizza baked too quickly and the cheese isn’t quite melted and top crust isn’t browning, you don’t need a torch!

A simple fix is to use the broiler in your home oven. Simply flip on the broiler for the final minute of your bake and you’ll have a beautiful melt on that cheese, crispy pepperoni cups, and a deep golden brown charred crusty like the pros do!

A @Baking Steel Company and a broiler are the ultimate pizza baking combo!

Study Time!

I’m not a pizzeria owner, i no longer work in pizzerias, and I don’t sell pizza.

I do give away pizza to people and I teach classes in @virtualpizzaacademy so it’s important to stay up on food safety and regulations.

So I’ll be hitting the books and hopefully passing the test again!

Anyone taken the exam recently? Any major changes since 5 years ago? by @nepapizzareview

Frozen pizza kinda night!

I was feeling lazy looking for a quick meal and had this @loumalnatis Buffalo chicken deep dish pizza in the freezer and tossed it into the oven. 45 minute bake time! It wasn’t quick but it did hit the spot.

The crust was buttery, crispy, and really hit the spot. The cheese was gooey with a tiny cheese pull. The rib meat chicken stayed moist.

The thing that surprised me most was that i really liked the red onion on this. Usually i use celery or green onions on a hot wing pizza, but i think I’ll try the red onions soon!

I’ve had Lou Malnati’s frozen pizza a bunch of times and honestly, always very good. This one hit the spot after the long wait!
