Hey Nerds!
As a team we work very hard to ensure our shop is a welcoming, enjoyable and safe place for everyone.
Unfortunately, we’ve recently seen an increase in abusive and unacceptable behaviour towards members of our team.

We want to make something very clear:
Abuse, aggressive behaviour, swearing directed at others, harassment or threats towards any member of staff or another customer will not be tolerated.

Our team works hard to provide the best experience we can for everyone who comes through our doors. We understand that people can sometimes be frustrated or unhappy, and we’re always happy to listen and try to resolve genuine issues but there is never an excuse for intimidating, threatening or abusing somebody.
Anyone behaving in this way may be asked to leave the shop and, where necessary, may be refused service in the future.

We’re incredibly grateful to the overwhelming majority of our customers who already help make our shop a friendly and welcoming community.
Please be kind. Please be respectful. And please remember that the people behind the counter are people too.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. ❤️ taken in Nerd Base by @nerdbaseuk

Wow what a week for card trade ins, one of our busiest weeks by far!

A great range of Pokemon singles including base, e series, black bolt / white flare and plenty of 30th.

We have also had two shelves of football, one piece, Disney, Star Wars and even Dragonball.

Thank you to everyone who has sold or traded with us this week, we can’t wait to see what comes in this next week! by @nerdbaseuk

We have been waiting to see what products arrive for tomorrow’s Pokemon 30th drop before making a post.

Unfortunately due to delays we have not received all the products.

Both Battlesbridge and Canvey have the tech sticker collections and double packs for tomorrow.

Due to the limited amount of product we unfortunately have to do one product per customer and not one of each.

These will be RRP again and the corners will be ripped again.

Each store has just under 50 of each so we should be able to serve just under 100 customers this way.

Canvey opens at 9am
Battlesbridge opens at 9am

Please be respectful to our staff. by @nerdbaseuk
