Stressed mom fit check.

This week has been one of the hardest I’ve had in a long time. It’s a lot of deciding where my values and reality begins.
I’m mostly sticking by my values, but also I did totally snap at one guy who didn’t deserve it.
I do not feel like I’m doing as much as I can. You know. In general.
Little things feel like failures that are just normal life— students leaving my training after 4 sessions to try another teacher is a success, not a failure. But my little emotions are like “hey! listen!” and I’m so tired from fighting the big monsters that the little ones keep getting through.

I’ve got good people supporting me, and they are a huge energy source for continuing to move forward. I genuinely do not know where I’d be without them. (Lots of you are reading this right now, so thank you!!)

My therapist wants me to take lots of breaks which is so wise but also so cute. Like, money, man. It’s real important too.

I’m being a bit more maudlin than I usually get on social media, but I am making a not-in-any-way disguised attempt to fish for ways I have actually succeeded in improving things. This week feels a lot like swinging a hammer and hitting myself in the face.

I would like to go in a nice hole with a warm blanket now, but instead—insurance audit! by @nerdburlesque
