As a kid, I grew up watching Comedy Central. Every single 30 minute or hour special I came across, I sat and watched. Some I didn't like, some I loved, but I was always glued to it. Comedy has always been something that I have loved. More than loved, honestly.

It's no secret that I had an extremely tough childhood. But I had exactly 2 escapes. Comedy, and pro-wrestling. I do find it ironic that now, technically speaking, I will have done both professionally. It's also ironic that I make the decision to retire from wrestling to pursue comedy on the same week.

Last night was a culmination of a lot of hard work, and honestly, a whole HELL of a lot of procrastination. But THAT'S WHEN I DO MY BEST WORK. 🤣🤣🤣 From the days of memorizing literally an entire Jeff Foxworthy CD to performing in front of a crowd myself, this feels right. Like I'm doing the right thing.

I want to thank Greg Lindberg, first and foremost. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have known how to start doing this. I would have just been doing an open mic in front of 3 people. Also, I want to thank/apologize to Benji Milanowski for listening to my break-in story probably in excess of 35 times. And I want to thank and CONGRATULATE Shawn Cunningham for being even newer than I am at comedy and KILLING IT.

Sorry for the short essay. But I feel like this may be one of my biggest milestones of all time. I love you guys! ❤️ by @nerddad765

My VERY FIRST non-open mic comedy set. Yeah, I kind of rushed, but I am proud of what I did. I have a lot more material, but it wouldn't fit at the end.

This is a game my Mom and I have played together since I was a kid. And I get to continue that tradition with Jordan Edwards and eventually, with Bryant. And all the while, with my Mom's name written on the box. In her handwriting. It's like she's here with us. by @nerddad765

Supporting Indy wrestling has never looked better! I don't buy a lot of merch because I'm big broke most of the time, but I had to snag this Josh Crane hoodie. My guy is going to the stratosphere. And you know what? No joke, one of the most comfortable hoodies I've ever had. This thing is NOICE. by @nerddad765
