Just another day at the office… 🎤✨

Except my office has a full orchestra courtesy of @symphonicaorchestra 😍😉
This is basically what I get up to when I say “I’ve got a gig” 😂🎤

A little behind-the-scenes peek at my day from soundcheck to stage ready ✨

She’s been quiet.
She’s been processing.
She’s been minding her business.

Anyway… I felt pretty. 😂🤎

With the doors of @thepicturedrome closing, posting this one is bittersweet… here’s a throwback to performing @smooveturrell Beggarman with our big band back in 2024. Really hoping the venue can be saved for more nights like this in the future.

YOU CHOOSE THE SONG.
WE SING IT TOGETHER. 🎤❤️

I’m putting together the first songs for The Lab Community Choir, and I want to know what you would love to sing.

Because there’s something special about taking a song you love and suddenly hearing 20, 30, 40 voices singing it together.

It’s joyful. It’s connecting. And it just feels GOOD. 🥹🎶

So… what song would make you want to get up and SING?

Drop it in the comments 👇🏾
I might just put it on the setlist… 👀 by @nerissasimmone

AAHHHHHHHH!!

Comeback Kid was played on BBC Introducing Northants and Three Counties!!!!😭🥹✨

After taking so long to release new music, there was/is a LOUD voice in my head wondering whether anyone wants to hear it, whether people will connect with it, whether it would actually go anywhere…

So hearing @kerriecosh introduce my song, say my name and mention that my EP is coming soon…….it’s major 🥹🙌🏾

The life of an artist is full of self-doubt. You make something that means so much to you, put it out into the world and then… you just have to hope that someone hears it.

So when you get a moment like this, when you know people are listening and appreciating the art you’ve made, it’s a beautiful thing.

I’m so grateful. ❤️

Thank you @bbcintroducing playing Comeback Kid.🤎

Keep that Comeback Kid energy going. 😉🎶

And yes… the EP really is coming! 👀
