*Botox cause my forehead knows too much 😉*

Checked out the new @lumivitawellspa_buckhead and she’s a whole vibe✨

I went in for a full facial Botox and lip filler, and @eam.injectables was seriously amazing, AS ALWAYS! She’s so gentle, patient, and truly good at her craft. She made the whole experience feel calm and comfortable from start to finish. Everyone there was so warm and welcoming, which made it even better.

The space is beautiful, the treatment rooms are gorgeous, and Buckhead definitely got a new beauty/wellness gem 💉🤍

🚨 Sometimes, the diagnosis that scares you most becomes the wake up call that changes your life!

Almost two years ago, I was diagnosed with prediabetes. With the help of a g-l-p 1, pilates, lagree, full body strength training and learning to enjoy the same foods in more mindful portions, I slowly transformed my lifestyle.

Today, I’m no longer prediabetic and I’ve lost over 55 pounds. Slow progress is still progress, and I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. 💐
