Speaking everything into existence, I truly believe that our words hold magical power. The words we speak to ourselves can manifest into physical reality. Therefore, it’s crucial to speak highly of yourself and nurture positive self-talk, as it shapes your reality. #realtor #manifesting #manifestation #natividadrealtygroup #positiveselftalk #positivity #realestateagent #bossbabe #entrepreneurship #lifecoach #manifestor #faith #selfmade #entrepreneur taken in Los Angeles, California by @nessativity

Hey everyone! 👋 We’re excited to share that our team at Natividad Realty Group is raising funds to build a home for a family in need in Mexico, and we’d love for you to get involved! 🏡

There are two ways you can help make a difference:

Donate: Every dollar gets us closer to our $10,000 goal to build a safe, secure home. Even the smallest contribution will go a long way in providing a family with a place they can call their own. 💸

Volunteer: If you want to roll up your sleeves and join us in building the home, we welcome you! This is an amazing chance to make a hands-on impact, connect with the community, and change lives. 🙌

Whether you give your time, your resources, or both, your support will help create a lasting impact for a family who desperately needs it. Let’s come together and build more than just a house—we’re building hope, security, and a better future.

Thank you for your generosity and heart. ❤️

$40,000 negotiated for our client and THREE escrows for Karen?! Now that’s a week worth celebrating! 👏🏡✨

This week’s wins at Natividad Realty Group 💛

🔑 Lizette and Vanessa negotiated $25,000 below asking price PLUS $15,000 in closing costs for their client! Helping our buyers make their money go further is always a win. 🙌

🔑 Karen officially opened her THIRD escrow! From helping her buyers to bringing a buyer to her seller, and now opening escrow on her listing, she’s making moves! 🔥

Huge congratulations to these ladies! Behind every win is follow-up, negotiation, and a whole lot of work to get our clients closer to their goals. So proud of our team! 🥂

Thinking about buying or selling? Let’s talk about what we can do for YOU. 🏡 Comment “READY”, send me a DM, or text 626-706-3505 to schedule your consultation!

The mortgage got paid, so tonight we’re having “Marry Me Chickpeas.” The chicken can wait. 😂🏡🍲

Yes, I’m a REALTOR®, but I’m also a homeowner, and I get it. That first-of-the-month payment hits, and suddenly we have food at home. 🤣

Tonight’s struggle meal:
🧅 Shallot, or you can use onion
🥥 Coconut cream
🥫 A can of chickpeas
🍅 Tomato paste + sun-dried tomatoes
🌿 Spinach
🧀 Cheese
✨ Whatever seasonings you like

Creamy, cozy, and we’re using what we have because owning the house AND feeding yourself is a whole budget. 😂

From one homeowner to another, I’m cooking at home more to save money, so we’re adding budget meals to the real estate content. 🤍

What’s your go-to “the mortgage just came out” meal? Drop it below, and tell me if you want more videos like this! 👇🍽️

Community is everything. ❤️

As a Realtor®, I believe being truly immersed in my community is about so much more than knowing the neighborhoods—it’s about knowing the people, the stories, the small businesses, the events, and the heart behind the places we call home.

I genuinely love getting out, meeting people, supporting local businesses, and discovering what makes each community so special. Because when you’re helping someone find a home, you’re not just helping them find a house—you’re helping them find a place where they can belong, grow, and build a life. 🏡✨

So, tell me—what’s your favorite thing about your community? Drop it in the comments! 👇

Let’s keep connecting, supporting one another, and celebrating the communities we’re lucky enough to call home. ❤️

Just keep going. 🤍

Even when it feels slow. Even when you’re tired. Even when you can’t see the results yet.

The version of you who once dreamed about where you are today would be so proud that you didn’t give up.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to take the next step. Then another. And another.

Keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep taking action. Keep going.

Your consistency is creating something you can’t see yet. ✨

Don’t quit on yourself now. Your next breakthrough could be closer than you think. 🔥

started with just a few… and now look at us! 🥹✨

A couple of years ago, I met @realtor_monicasinger at an event and heard her speak. Something about her vision, her heart, and the way she led just made me know I needed to be a part of whatever she was building.

Fast forward a couple of years, and here we are building, growing, learning, and doing it together as a team. 🤍

There’s something so special about realizing that you can go so much farther together than you ever could alone. I’m incredibly grateful to be surrounded by people who support one another, celebrate each other, and continue to push each other forward.

Monica, you are not only an incredible leader, but also an amazing friend, and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to learn from you and grow alongside you.

So grateful to be a part of the Singer Realty Group and even more excited for everything we’re building together. 🏡✨

Here’s to growth, teamwork, and the best being yet to come! 🥂
