This Sunday, I’ll be taking part in the Put Your Foot Down walk in Newcastle, supporting pancreatic cancer research, alongside family and friends. 💜

This cause is incredibly close to my heart after watching my husband, Michael
endure this horrific illness. Pancreatic cancer is often known as a silent disease, with many people not becoming aware they have it until it’s too late.

We’re walking to raise awareness, support research, and help give future families more hope.

Harley ( AKA Houdini) has taken his last adventure and crossed the rainbow bridge. For one little dog he certainly has had some adventures! I started to try and count how many Facebook posts I have written, saying if anyone has seen Harley please contact me as he has escaped. Way too many to count lol. He took himself to the hairdressers, bowling club, Dawn service, many different parties, he had night time runs, day time runs and loved a car ride. He has been chased around multiple suburbs by so many different people 😂 He survived getting knocked by a car ( had to have his tail amputated), a cancerous growth on his leg but succumbed to a heart condition. He has been by my side for the last 13 years and helped me through some rough times. He simply adored my grandchildren, and they adored him. I wish he had a camera attached to his collar, because his adventures would be wild. His little mate Max will miss him immensely, but for now, Harley dog will be reunited with Mick 💙 love ya Harls xx by @nesslees69

32 years today we were married❤️ what a life we had together. Ups, downs and lots of love. I can’t begin to express how much I miss you and wish you were still beside me, making more memories.
