Tighter and Fuller😮‍💨💪🏽🔥

Finally being able to run Wasatch warrior again felt surreal @kirilfitness and I changed the plan and fined tuned it from only three weeks to come in better and more peaked👌🏽🫡 I thinkwe got something coming along nicely… back to the drawing board to put on more size and come in better for next time!

This prep has never been so good but @kirilfitness put so much work and has been there with all the answers to every question I had and walked me through everything to make this prep the best one by far and only time will tell what we can achieve!🔥

Posing coach is by far the most underrated term, Kiril telling me about @sarahpatillofigure has felt like the biggest blessing! You pour a small amount and she gives back tenfold! when I didn’t expect it she was backstage looking out for me without expectation or even asking! She cares and wants everyone to succeed! Coming and giving me tips moments before getting on stage and constantly giving me eyes and looks to make sure I can bring my full package is all you could want and more! Thank you for everything and showing me what I can bring and more!

Rinse and repeat🫡😮‍💨 finally gettin these boys back and seeing the progress I’ve come to redeem myself from last year is all I could want but the job ain’t finished yet👀

My day 1 and the best coach @kirilfitness sending me thru this prep has been a night and day with every prep to date and if anyone could want a coach that cares as much of as they do it’s him to a fault🔥 best coach brotha and gym rat #twobearsonecave

The best posing coach @sarahpatillofigure she told me a few weeks ago prior to switch up my posing and techniques and it’s been a change for the better! she cares so much and only wants the best (she is literally a god send)!
