Now what the actual freaking crap!? I was going to do memes for this but I physically can't because all I did was be stressed 95% of it. The last 10% I bawled non stop. Nicole, since when did you hate me so much? This must be my karma from the Fates for having taking so long to finish Myths last year. My heart is broken. It is stressed and ruined beyond repair. My lawyer and therapist will be billing you. I know you'll give me a happy ending (maybe?) from all the suffering you gave us through TCOO and then gave us the happiest endings for our couples (except all the damn heartache and death) but I'm not sure I can cope or wait through this pain (I obviously am lol) but seriously I think you hate us.

I pushed this book out for so long because I knew you'd ruin me. Again. And you did. You never let me down. Reading TCOO was a breath of fresh air and I knew I never had to worry too much because I knew they'd be alright. But with Emmeline and Roremar? I have no idea. This is one of the few books where I couldn't guess anything except for maybe like five things. This book wasn't a breath of fresh air, it was all the air leaving my lungs, my blood running cold, and heart stopping it's relentless beating. Obsession. Denial. All the emotions I felt throughout this book are abundant and nonexistent. There is simply way too much to say and not enough words to say them. I can't really even begin to say how much comfort yet devastation, understanding yet betrayal I felt.

I will never stop talking about you to the stars and everyone else who will listen. There are so many good books and authors out there and yet, I somehow stumbled upon you two or three years ago and never looked back. Thank you for letting my broken whole self always find a home amidst your pages and endless love and devotion.

On Friday, 8/16, I had one of the best days of my life🖤. Meeting one of your favorite authors really does make life more exciting! Huge shout-out to @bnfairfax for hosting this wonderful opportunity! This was the first book signing I have ever been to, and I'm so grateful to have met @jennifer_l_armentrout and to know her books. I honestly can't tell you how bad I cried (proof on the last picture). I can't express how much the Blood and Ash series has impacted my life, I'll never forget the experience I had reading them for the first time🥹🖤

PS, I'll never get over Jen, Jillian, and Liz calling me sweet and cute (Jillian and I made a deal that I'd be back next year and at apollycon '26.) taken in Barnes & Noble by @nestassidehoe

Vee, you sweetheart, gosh dang it. I fell for Dalton in Buck Em Cowgirl straight away and this just proved exactly why. I grew to love Dalt even more and I didn't think that was possible. It felt like I waited so long for his book and I was surely not disappointed whatsoever.

Heck, I even fell for Poppy on page 1. Girly, stole my heart straight off the first words she spoke. She is such a badass. She is so smart, mouthy, and such a total sweetheart. Her love for Cora made me melt. She's such a good nanny and mama to our baby girl.

Dalton and Poppy were like a breath of fresh air. The first smell of the morning/night after it's rained all day. They resonate so well with each other and I love them so much. They're goofiness and bickering was the best to their sweet and lovey moments to the darn right Sinful ones. They are each other's souls and that made me cry happy tears lol. They are such a sweet and cute little family. I loved getting to see them grow from instant attraction to more than that. To love. To finally being home and having everything they ever wanted.

Thank you for letting me love yet another family of yours. I'm forver and eternally grateful.🩵

Let me go cry in a corner right now because oh my god. Eva did it again. Frick. Why do you always gotta make me so damn emotional all the time? It's ridiculous. No wonder I upped my antidepressants 🤣 but seriously? Another masterpiece, babe. Way to go. So proud.

Anyways, lets get to it, you little romance freaks. If you couldn't tell by that up there, I'm in love and obsessed. I mean, I started the 14th at 10 pm and finished the 15th at 7:16 pm.

But in all seriousness, if Eva writes it, I'm reading it. I loved Shane and Harloe from all the teasers and art to the very first page. I was hooked from the first sentence. Their struggles with grief and love was gut wrenching. Seeing how strong and brave they both were. The way Eva writes, it's like your inside the story. The characters. You're experiencing it with them. All their pain and love, you feel it too.

I felt seen with Harloe. I changed my major twice and dropped out of my first college and now I'm in my second one that I thought was best for me. Now that I'm in it? All those doubts and throughts are coming back. Like Harloe, I have no idea what's best for me. What do I even want? She's like my soul sister. I feel like a burden and failure in that aspect too. All those thoughts never end. I just hope to one day find my path. To find my Shane. To find my reason.

Shane was such an experience. He was so much. So much that I loved. I felt his loss. I felt his feelings and worries. I was in the same place once. Given they were completely different circumstances but I had my fair share of alchol and drug abuse. And it sucks majorly. You always think about the what ifs and those are never your friend.

Getting to step inside a character's mind is an amazing experience. You're stepping into a part of the author and with Eva, I never want to leave her mind lol. There are so many stories and authors that are in my soul and Eva is one of them. Her books are in there. They have a special home within me and I'm grateful.

I started last night at 10 pm and ended up halfway at 2 am. I fear, I would've finished if I didn't actually need sleep lol.

Anyways, stopping at chapter 20, now I'm gonna shower, eat, walk the dog and then finish this bad boy! (Hopefully)!

Let me say this one thing, Maggie, you never cease to amaze me. Gosh, Alex and Harp rocked my core (not that way lol) I just mean, they're soul deep, yk? Rooted at my core. Defensive End actually may be my favorite novella ever lol. It was so damn cute. I loved meeting them first in their very first meet.

For Pick Six? I'm deranged for them. So down bad. Feral even. I actually cried so much throughout it lol. The emotions were HIGH in this one. I was feeling everything they were and more. I went from yelling and fighting at them to crying and then to falling apart because they love each other that much.

Every time I read Maggie, I know I'll be emotionally tortured and then swept away by all the love and care her characters go through. I never know what I'll be feeling when I first step in, but I know I'll always find a home within her worlds. I'm actually on the verge of tears writing this because if I never found Maggie, I'd be a little bit lost. Harper and Alex crawled into my very being along with my Purgatory Falls family and are settling in quite nice.

Harper and Alex love so damn hard. Every single one of Maggie's characters love so hard you feel it in your own bones and can't help but feel what they are. Can't help but want to feel the same way. I loved getting to listen to Harper and Alex's story. I'll never get over them. Like ever. I had no idea they would end up meaning so much to me and I'm so glad I decided to.

Thank you for always bringing back to a home I never knew was out there and one I could never ever want to leave. 💙
