Intergenerational healing is holding tenderly the lense of the past to the light of warm
compassionate presence in the now.

Where noticing the many layers and imperfections becomes gracing yourself with your birthright to belong just as everything in nature belongs.
From this place of awareness you create an intentional, authentic life. Art making with meaning allows us to find belonging through our authentic creative expression. by @nestcreateart

Crafternoon & cupcakes with my loves ✨ by @nestcreateart

I will forever be in love with the creativity of little hearts and their art 🥹✨🎨 My daughter painted a portrait of us at pre school & my son drew himself a little friend whilst he was at school, “I don’t know what I’m going to call him yet mummy.” I’m so grateful for these daily glimpses into their world where their creativity is meaningful & an authentic reflection of them in any moment 🙏 by @nestcreateart
