Something @itsnaroop said on our recent shoot, and it’s been stuck in my head ever since.

I’ve been searching for my own way, trying to figure out what truly makes me feel happy in life. The truth is, not every job feels inspiring, not every moment is enjoyable 🙃

It’s not about waiting for the perfect opportunity to show up, It’s about bringing your love, passion and energy to wherever you go 🍀

When you pour your heart into what you are doing, even the ordinary starts to feel meaningful 🙂‍↕️🫶

Still figuring it out, but maybe that’s the whole point.

A topic we spoke openly about was how being a creative can affect your mental health. @daddydarkrdc shared how it wasn’t until much later that he realised the impact it had on him.

I also spoke about how it had given me suicidal thoughts. Have you ever felt like you can’t turn to anyone because they don’t understand your reasons for doing what you do?

Is it our ego talking? Do we need to let go of our ego completely? @itsnaroop spoke about disassociating from the work.

What’s your take on coping mentally in such a fickle creative industry, across all mediums?
