I feel incredibly honoured, proud and grateful for the magic that unfolded at the Holistic Stage this year at @nestmicrofest.This was created as a sanctuary in the forest, a place where nature could hold and embrace us. A place to slow down, move and be still, express, learn, connect and grow.Through every experience, we explored our bodies, expanded our minds and cultivated deeper awareness.
