Happy Fourth of July, where the Empire State building is lit up beautifully for the holiday…. I recently got my New York State security guard license and did a one off job guarding the rooftop at Stuyvesant town, I also got to see the fireworks, and it was amazing… taken in Stuyvesant Town - Peter Cooper Village by @nestprepper

Low 12 x 12 x 12 plaster gouache, plywood . I was using David Bowie’s low album as source material here. I made the stalactites and stalagmites by dripping plaster for the duration of one song on the album on the ceiling, with the stalactites is side one and the floor with the stalagmites is side two.….. #sculpture #conceptualart #conceptualartist #contemporaryart #contemporarypainting #contemporarysculpture #davidbowie taken in Manhattanville, Manhattan by @nestprepper

I was very happy to learn that one of my longtime clients has achieved super host status and She made a point of thanking me for helping her to achieve this! when I first started managing her space in Williamsburg, it had a very funky, arty, bohemian feel to it but is the area became more upscale guests were complaining about some of the bohemian aspects, so I came up with a plan to renovate repaint and stage the place, she has been getting nothing but five star reviews ever since… I really like helping people in this way! does your rental property need an overhaul? Let me share some ideas with you! Guests love it when I leave fresh flowers for them!!!! #contemporaryartist
