I’ve been finding that fire again.
The fire to create.
The fire to pick up the camera.
The fire to capture the little moments.
For me, creating has never just been about making something that looks good. It’s about telling a story.
Taking a moment, a person, a place, or an experience and trying my best to capture what it actually felt like to be there.
That’s what I love most when someone watches something I created and, even for a second, feels like they were there with us or the emotions that were present.
Couldn’t be more stoked to create and capturing more trying my best to tell a better story along the way. Shoutout to these boys for giving me some ammo @netherhour

If Telluride Blues & Brews had to end, this was one hell of a way to close it.

Eddie 9Volt first brought his unmistakable mix of blues, soul and Southern swagger to the Main Stage — but the final chapter came hours later inside the historic Sheridan Opera House.

For the festival-closing Fais Do-Do, Eddie and the band turned one of Telluride’s most intimate rooms into a late-night celebration of everything that had unfolded over an already epic weekend.

The set moved through Eddie 9V originals before becoming something bigger — the kind of spontaneous collaboration that makes the last night of a festival special.

Nether Hour joined the party for “After Midnight,” and Zac Schulze stepped in and stayed, trading ripping guitar solos with Eddie as the night rolled through songs including “Smokestack Lightning” and “Can’t Find My Way Home.”

At that point it felt less like watching the final scheduled performance and more like being invited into a late-night jam between musicians who weren’t ready for the weekend to end.

From the massive Main Stage beneath the San Juan Mountains to musicians packed together under the lights of the Sheridan, Eddie 9V helped bring Telluride Blues & Brews full circle.

One last room. One last jam. And the roof appropriately raised.
