Driving measurable growth for ambitious brands worldwide. With Netpeak, more is possible.
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
The ambition is already there.

More Ukrainian brands are looking beyond the local market: to the EU, the US, and other countries where their products can compete.

At Netpeak, we have been helping companies build results across global markets for years.

We know that successful market entry is not just about launching ads in a new country.

It takes the full path: choosing the right market, validating demand, building a strategy, launching marketing, getting first sales, and scaling what works.

That is why we bring together the expertise, services, and partner ecosystem needed to support businesses at different stages of international expansion.

This is relevant for companies that are:

🔹 planning their first move abroad
🔹 already launched and want to move further
🔹 working globally and looking for more resources to scale

We have already walked this path with brands in 30+ countries.

Now we are bringing that experience to Ukrainian businesses ready to enter new markets with more clarity, structure, and confidence.

Not just to launch there. To grow there.

With Netpeak, more is possible.

Looking back at DMEXCO, our notes start with two big red crosses.

Alexander Graf showed a slide with the advice he’d been giving e-commerce brands from 2012 to 2020:

s̶e̶l̶l̶ y̶o̶u̶r̶ s̶t̶o̶r̶e̶
b̶u̶y̶ (̶o̶r̶ b̶e̶)̶ A̶m̶a̶z̶o̶n̶
innovate or die

Then he crossed out the first two.

So what replaces them? As promised, here’s our take on the key market insights from DMEXCO, shared by our Head of Sales International Kateryna Holubka 👇

1️⃣ Stop picking one channel.

Going all in on online, your own store or a marketplace doesn’t cut it anymore. The strongest brands blend online and offline into one experience.

2️⃣ Keep the funnel, just add more doors.

An AI assistant can now hand someone a shortlist of five products, and they’ll still end up on your site, filtering, comparing and even working out what they don’t want. Product pages, search, content and reviews do the convincing.

3️⃣ Don’t race Amazon.

One of the talks put numbers on it: Amazon’s revenue grew by about $150K every minute last year, and it plans to invest about $380K a minute in 2026. Instead of competing on price and delivery, make people want what they weren’t looking for, the way TikTok Shop does when products get discovered mid-scroll.

4️⃣ Know who you’re really up against.

On social media, a shampoo brand’s video sits in the same feed as MrBeast. Viewers skip ads, but they’ll happily watch something they enjoy to the very end.

5️⃣ Innovate, but read the footnote.

“Innovate or die” was the only advice left standing. But the poster illustrating it came with a footnote: just because something is innovative doesn’t mean it’s a good idea. New only counts when it’s actually useful to the buyer.

6️⃣ Get mentioned where AI reads.

Off stage, Iryna Chernukha from Tribuna shared the media side of it with us. AI leans heavily on outlets it already trusts, so being written about there can matter as much as optimizing your own site.

In Cologne, every other session feels like it changes everything. A few weeks later, only a handful of thoughts are still with us.

What piece of e-commerce advice would you cross out today?

One gold. One silver. Two bronzes. All ours at MIXX Awards Europe 2026 🩵

The ceremony took place in Amsterdam, where Netpeak was recognized for work we created together with our clients @comfy_ua and @me_team_company

🥇🥈🥉 Gold, Silver & Bronze — ME-QR (@me_team_company product).
“One system instead of manual management.” A case showing how data, AI, and campaign automation across 40+ countries helped increase platform revenue by 68.8%..

🥉 Bronze — COMFY Mobile
“From top 2 in volume to the leader in profitability.” A case showing how behavioral data and machine learning helped reach users with stronger purchase intent and increase revenue from new app users by 273%.

For us, these awards are another sign that performance expertise built in Ukraine can compete at the European level.

And MIXX isn’t the only international recognition we’ve received recently.

At the CEE Digital Awards, Netpeak received the Performance Excellence Award for the growth of the agency and our sub-brands @b2bagencybase agency and @prosto_export_netpeak.

There’s been another important step for us in the region, too: @alyonagritsuk became the first woman to join the board of the CEEDA, making Netpeak the first Ukrainian agency represented on the board.

Alyona will now help shape the strategy of an alliance bringing together digital agencies across Central and Eastern Europe.

We’re proud of the teams behind these results, and grateful to our clients for trusting us to build work that performs not only in Ukraine, but across international markets.

Netpeak has won the Performance Excellence Award at the CEE Digital Alliance Awards 2026 in Prague! 🏆

It’s presented by CEEDA, a network of digital agencies from Central and Eastern Europe.

Our case showed how we keep growing Netpeak after more than 20 years in the market. For a mature business, growth is a challenge of its own, especially when the market is unpredictable and competition keeps getting tougher.

So we diversified. Among other things, we launched Base by Netpeak for integrated B2B marketing and ProstoExport by Netpeak for Ukrainian companies expanding into international markets.

We’re also expanding our work on Amazon and Walmart and building partnerships with international platforms.

Together with Prosto Export and our international partners, we run educational programs that help businesses prepare for new markets and build future demand for marketing services.

Our work with CEEDA now continues at the board level too. Alyona Gritsuk, CEO International at Netpeak, has been elected to the alliance’s board for a five-year term. From February 2027, she’ll work with fellow board members on its development strategy.

Thank you to our team, clients and partners for moving forward with us 💙

How do you enter European markets when nobody there knows your brand yet?

SpeechLab, an online speech therapy school for kids, had no historical data, no brand recognition and brand-new ad accounts. We were starting almost from scratch.

So instead of launching ads in Europe straight away, we tested in Ukraine first.

The early campaigns did double duty:
- bringing in new students
- showing us how people actually responded to the brand: who got in touch, how, and what made them do it

By the time SpeechLab expanded into Europe, we already knew what was worth scaling.

📈 In June, course sales in European markets grew by 78% compared with May, without increasing ad spend.

How to enter the European market and grow sales 300% month over month ⭐️

Selling on Amazon isn’t just about creating a listing and running ads.

For a manufacturer, it starts much earlier: choosing the right country, studying demand and competitors, checking the unit economics, and getting the product ready to sell.

🔹 That’s exactly where we began with Biosphere. Before any launch, we worked out where, and with which products, it had the strongest potential.

The team analyzed markets, niches, and competitors, ran the numbers on unit economics, and helped choose the country and the initial product range, then prepared everything for sale.

Then came the launch. The first orders arrived before the stock even reached Amazon’s warehouse, and sales grew an average of 328% month over month.

How do you choose where to launch a SaaS product when several markets look promising?

ME-Booking, one of Me Team products, was still being shaped. The full product wasn’t built yet.

France, Spain, and Mexico were all under consideration. But choosing one meant putting development time, budget, and months of work behind that decision.

So they wanted to know more before committing to one.

Would people show interest before the product was fully launched? And would that response look the same across all three markets?

We had 30 days to find out.

You hit your target for the day. But there’s still budget sitting there, unspent.

Most people read that as a reason to scale. Ruslana Kumantsova reads it as a warning.

At our E-commerce MythBusters panel, she named two signs that tell you a campaign has a problem money won’t fix.

The leftover budget is the first: it usually means your settings are too narrow to scale, not that you need to spend more. The second one is easier to miss. Ruslana breaks it down in the reel.

More budget won’t fix a broken system. It just makes you lose money faster.
Before you scale, find where it’s actually breaking.

From Ukraine to the world. We build systems, not one-off launches.

Entering a new market resets the context.

Your experience travels with you. Your relevance does not.

A brand can arrive with a strong product, an experienced team, and a proven track record. But expansion changes what those strengths need to prove.

This carousel looks at what that means for a brand expanding abroad:

1️⃣ what needs to be tested before you scale

2️⃣ which assumptions may not travel as well as expected

3️⃣ why the launch is only one part of expansion

Including a perspective from Alyona Gritsuk, CEO International at Netpeak.

«You could throw a million dollars at the biggest name on the internet and get almost nothing back.»

That line from Greg Potts stuck with us long after our E-commerce MythBusters panel.

He was talking about creator partnerships, and challenging one of the most expensive assumptions in the game: that bigger is always better.

Turns out bigger is rarely the answer. So what is?

That’s exactly what Greg breaks down in the reel.

Competition, high commissions, the sheer complexity of going international — that’s what most businesses fear about new markets.

But in practice, the biggest obstacles are often somewhere else entirely.

The real problem usually isn’t the launch. It’s everything you skip before it: whether there’s demand for your product, which marketplace fits, who you’re really up against, and whether you have a strategy or just hope.

Cyril Kuznetsov, Head of Marketplace Growth at Netpeak, went through recent research on what actually drives and blocks Ukrainian exporters, from Prosto Export by Netpeak, Nazovni.ua , and Discovery Research, and pulled out the observations that matter most.

The marketplace platform that helped you scale is on the same board as you. Eventually, it may start playing to win.

At our E-commerce MythBusters panel, Cyril Kuznetsov described a shift most sellers feel too late: the platform that was your biggest ally learns your winning move, and one day makes it its own.

It’s not a reason to leave marketplaces. It’s a reason not to live entirely inside one.

Cyril breaks down how that shift happens, and what protects you from it, in the reel.

Part of a sharper conversation with Ruslana Kumantsova and Greg Potts — grateful to both.
