πŸ₯ŠπŸ† CHAMPIONSHIP MEMORIES. CHAMPIONSHIP MINDSET. πŸ†πŸ₯Š Some memories become part of your story forever. The belts, the battles, the people beside you β€” moments that remind you how far you’ve come. πŸ–€πŸ’š Big respect and thank you to Gary Fox for the trust. πŸ†πŸ€ Now the mission continues with Agi Faulkner. We’re preparing for one thing: DEFENDING AND WINNING THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP. πŸŒπŸ†πŸ”₯ At NeuroBrain High Performance, we don’t train only the body. We build the system behind performance β€” nervous system, cognition, recovery, energy, resilience and championship readiness. 🧠⚑ If you dream big, there are NO LIMITS. No Plan B. No excuses. ALL IN. ALL OR NOTHING. ☠️πŸ”₯ The belts are the memory. The work is the future. 225KG. 70KG bodyweight. 🧠⚑️ This isn’t a squat for the sake of squatting. This is a CNS signal exercise. πŸ₯· Top β†’ down. Down β†’ up. Catch the signal at the right moment and the load starts to feel almost irrelevant. ⚑️ 55% box height. Acceleration. Energy accumulation. Then β€” RELEASE. πŸ’₯ After that level of neural activation, you feel like you could jump onto a 50-storey building πŸ˜‚πŸ’ The philosophy is simple: don’t just move the weight. Control the signal that moves it. 🧠⚑️ NEUROBRAIN HIGH PERFORMANCE. #NeuroBrainHighPerformance #CNSPerformance #NeurologicalPerformance #StrengthTraining #CombatPerformance by @neurobrain.performance
WELCOME TO MY WORLD. 🌍πŸ₯·πŸ§  MENTAL RESET SUNDAY. ⚑️ No plan. No destination. Just a spontaneous drive into the unknown. πŸš—πŸŒŠπŸ”₯ We men can shout for help when the car breaks down. But when something breaks inside us… suddenly we go quiet. That’s why I train my mental before I need to save it. πŸ§ βš”οΈ Because when the mind goes down, everything behind it follows. Train the brain. Train the nervous system. But never forget the man inside. πŸ€πŸ–€ This is my reset. Every Sunday. Welcome to my world. 🌍πŸ₯· #MentalPerformance #NeuroBrain #MentalReset #HighPerformance #MensMentalHealth by @neurobrain.performance
PURPLE. πŸŸ£πŸ‘‘πŸ§  I see u 🫑 The colour of the crown. The highest point. The next stage. ⚑️ Today this Ferrari Roma Mansory Custom is not about ownership. It’s a reflection. πŸͺž A reflection of the state inside. Clarity. Alignment. Expansion. 🧠⚑️🟣 No ego. No proving. Just becoming more of who you already are. πŸ₯·πŸΌ What appears outside is often only an echo of what has already changed within. πŸͺžπŸ‘‘ NEUROBRAIN HIGH PERFORMANCE 🧠⚑️ #NeuroBrainHighPerformance #PerformanceIsNeurological #CrownEnergy #FerrariRoma #Mansory by @neurobrain.performance
LUKE DYSON πŸ₯· Happy Birthday brother 1y stronger πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ§ βš‘οΈ A real example of what happens when someone keeps moving forward when there is no shortcut. πŸ”₯ Built from the ground up. Kept working. Kept believing. Kept evolving. πŸ’₯ That is what makes the story powerful β€” not just where you are now, but what it took to get there. πŸ§ πŸ“ˆ Respect, Luke. 🀝 Keep doing what you’re doing. Keep inspiring people. Keep showing what is possible when discipline, resilience and vision stay connected. ⚑️πŸ”₯ Wishing you nothing but continued growth, success and good energy ahead. πŸ‘ŠπŸ§  NEUROBRAIN HIGH PERFORMANCE ⚑️ Performance is more than physical. Your word is part of your performance. πŸ€πŸ’― We gave you time, knowledge and heart because we believed in your dream. πŸ§ β³πŸ’šπŸ₯Š If you can’t pay, have an honest conversation. Disappearing when it’s time to honour your agreement breaks trust. πŸ’¬πŸͺž You can change coaches. Your reputation follows you. πŸ‘£πŸŒ Call it karma or consequences β€” how you treat people matters. βš–οΈπŸ”„ We’ll keep helping. I asked a future world champion if he was a fighter… πŸ˜‚πŸ₯Š This photo was taken after our recovery day, just three days before @garyfoxbkfc.lufc biggest fight β€” for the BKFC UK belt. Gary, thank you for your trust, brother. Proud to have played my part alongside the whole team in bringing that belt home. πŸ€πŸ† Gary brought Ben Bonner along. I had absolutely no idea who he was… β€œAre you a fighter too?” β€œYeah… I’m ranked fourth in the world.” He showed me his fights. β€œOh shit, sorry mate… can we get a photo together?” πŸ€£πŸ“Έ @benbonnerr later became BKFC World Champion. A little session with this red beauty. πŸ”΄πŸ₯·πŸ“Έ Red cap. Red Converse. Feeling like myself. πŸ”₯ The Urus isn’t mine. I just enjoyed the moment. 🀝 For me, NeuroBrain High Performance also means a clear head, a nervous system that can settle, and the freedom to be present without needing to prove anything. 🧠⚑ The red just matched the energy I felt that day. πŸ”΄πŸ” #NeuroBrainHighPerformance #NervousSystem #Presence #MansoryUrus #OwnYourEnergy by @neurobrain.performance
