San Diego NeuroDance classes are now WEEKLY! Join us Saturdays at Infinity Dance Sports Center for fun, community, and connection. No experience necessary and all are welcome.

SD NeuroDance hosts inclusive classes for people living with neurological conditions affecting movement and their loved ones. Our dance teachers guide participants through movement and our on-site PTs are available to assist you wherever you need.

We are 1 week away from our first pop-up classes at @sandiego_oasis in La Mesa. Join us for some fun dancing accessible to individuals with mobility challenges or neurological conditions affecting movement. As with all our classes, a PT will be present to assist with mobility and safety.

San Diego NeuroDance, a program of Malashock Dance, hosts welcoming drop-in dance classes designed for people with neurologic movement impairments and their loved ones where accessibility, creativity, and self-expression take center stage. Whether you dance from a chair, with a walker, or on your feet, these classes honor every body’s unique rhythm and ability. There are no right or wrong moves! All participants are encouraged to move at the level of comfort that is safe & accessible to them.

We got to enjoy some dancing with scarves at our last Gentle Groove class. Join us this Saturday at 10:15 am for our Power Groove class. Bring a friend and come dance!

SD NeuroDance is a program of Malashock Dance that brings people living with neurological movement conditions and their loves ones together to dance in a judgement-free, fun-centered class. Led by a dance teacher and assisted by physical therapists, all are welcome in our inclusive classes. The space is wheelchair accessible and we are here to facilitate your experience.
