My Body Is A Dive Bar - @amigothedevil

Easily one of the hardest shoots I've done in my JPEG only series (no lightroom/photoshop/etc) since much of the lighting was either behind the artist or pointed towards the camera, but I managed capture some solid moments of a beautiful soul. Thank you for everything you write ❤️. by @never_raw.jpeg

Had the absolute honour to witness and document one of my best friends first headliner set! Such a great time and so much talent. From eating cheesecake while skateboarding in the library parking lot in high-school to random photography adventures to rocking shows, it's an honour to be a part of all of it. Love you, Gay-Gabe. Proud of you. @twoutopia_ by @never_raw.jpeg

Still riding a high from the Canal Days concert and finally got around to sorting all of my pics. Decided to post my favorite ones instead of just the best ones. Despite having a camera sensor issue first half of the set, I managed to make everything work in the end.

This was such a rush and such an amazing moment to experience. As a fan of @streetpharmacy for over 15 years now, this was such an amazing honour. You guys have always been hometown hero's and it's always a joy to go to your shows. Thank you for all that you guys do for our area, and thank you for this life-changing moment. I'll never forget it.

Special thank you to @canaldayspc for hosting this and all the work that went into it. And another special thank you to @bedouinsoundclash and @thestrumbellas for not only putting on an AMAZING set, but also for coming to our small little town. Hearing your songs on the radio is one thing, but hearing them live is unreal. Thanks for everything!

I'll end this with a line from my cathartic Street Pharmacy concert song (get it on spotifyyyy) as it sums everything up simply: "This life's been good to me thus far. Wouldn't trade it for the heavens and all the stars". by @never_raw.jpeg

What a show! We’re still on a high from @canaldayspc this past Saturday! Special thanks to the @cityofportcolborne and @tnrproductionslive for putting the whole thing together. Check out some pictures by our good friend, Nick here! Our new album, Forever Hooked, and our 20th birthday are happening simultaneously tomorrow. Keep your ear canals clean! Next up: our album release show as part of @bridge13musicfestival in Welland — A return to the bridge! taken in HH Knoll Park Port Colborne by @never_raw.jpeg

A little project I've had in mind for the last 7 months. No, I'm not heartbroken (aside from the perpetual poetic heartbreak I've had since birth), just wanted to try something creative again and wanted to share some songs 'cause I know someone out there is rocking a sadboy summer (reach out if you are, I got you homies).

Clearly not a graphic designer which is why it looks like some cringe Microsoft paint stuff from the angsty years, but idc. It gets the point across.

Also follow my music account.

One of my best friends since high-school got married and I couldn't be happier for him.

Here's to great friends, the love of love, and the cardinal sin of having two pics back to back on the main feed in the same outfit.

Special thanks to @ivyvirginia_84 for capturing us at our best. Unreal work.

The rest are just some of my JPEGs from the night. by @never_raw.jpeg

A little over a week ago we lost an absolute legend, and this weekend we celebrated his life. No apologies needed, it was a blessing (he struggled with Alzheimers for quite a few years). We kind of lost him years ago.

My grandfather was family man, a firefighter, a stock car racer, the head of the gas company in town, and most importantly, one of my best friends. It was one of the biggest services our town has ever seen. A little over 120 people at the main funeral, and around 500 people (or more) during the 2 visitations we had (70 firefighters alone, and a total of 5.5 hours of people standing in line).

He always told me "when something happens to me, don't ever say "Poor Ted", cause I've had the best life ever with the best family ever. Don't you dare feel sorry for me". He made that clear numerous times throughout his time, even more when his health was deteriorating. It was important to him that we knew that.

Quite a few of us after said "is it wrong to feel so good after a service?" because of all of the laughs we had, all of the memories we shared, all of the stories we told, and all of the love we felt. No, it's not wrong. That's how it should be. During the service we all sang "Sunday Morning Coming Down" by Johnny Cash, and we BELTED out the chorus. It was beautiful. It was as much of a party as a funeral (celebration of life) could be. There was so much love, gratitude, and appreciation for him. As morbid as it sounds, it was really fun. And he would've wanted that.

The last video was when I got to surprise him after being gone to the states for 6 months. It was the longest I have ever gone without seeing either of my grandparents. As you can hear, his hearing was going a bit, when my mom had to raise her voice to say "look to your right" 😂. I can't count how many times I replayed the part where he whispers "my boy" as he hugs me.

Though we will miss him dearly, I will not mourn him. I smile instead of cry when I think of him. I love him more than words can describe, and I am so overjoyed that I got to spend all the time with him that I did. by @never_raw.jpeg

Finally got around to developing film from last year. Used the 1970s USSR camera. Didn't know how it would work but I was pleasantly surprised! by @never_raw.jpeg
